Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Art & Soul Kreations! All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you may receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We offer standard shipping (5–8 business days) for a flat rate of $8 and expedited shipping (3–5 business days) for $15, with all shipping charges displayed at checkout. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. Please note that custom or handmade items, such as painted glasses and canvases, may require additional processing time. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues.

We currently ship within the United States only, and customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once an order has shipped. If your package is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first; however, if further assistance is needed, you may reach out to us at artandsoulkreations@gmail.com.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and packaging so we can assist you. We offer refunds within 30 days, though a 15% restocking fee will be applied, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Because our products are handmade and often customized, slight variations may occur, making each item unique.

Please note that items purchased for in-person art classes are not shipped and will instead be provided at the event.
